During my recovery from surgery, my sister-friend sent me a care package from Grandma’s Chicken Soup, and it was exactly the kind of comfort I needed. The soup was delicious, nourishing, and packaged beautifully—it truly felt like a hug in a bowl.
Unfortunately, the ceramic soup cup arrived with a small chip on the rim. I contacted customer service, and they immediately offered to send a replacement with no hassle. The new cup arrived very quickly.
I even called back to ask where I could return the chipped cup, but the customer service representative kindly told me not to worry about returning it and suggested I repurpose it as a little planter. I thought that was such a thoughtful and environmentally friendly idea.

I've sent Grandma's Chicken Soup gifts to many many friends for more than 10 years. Always very well received. Most recently I sent soup, challah, babka and mac and cheese to my neice and her husband who had a baby last week on the west coast - he ate the babka first and followed my instructions to make her french toast out of the challah. I ordered this for my stepmom when my dad went into hospice. I picked a random future date, worked with the Customer Service folks to get it there safely, and it arrived two days after he passed.
