Sent the challah and chicken soup (Jewish penicillin) to friends as a sympathy gift and it hit the spot. Flowers are nice--but, for us, food is love!
I received Grandma's Chicken Soup as a gift and found it to be so delicious that I sent the same to friends. They loved it, too!! I have in mind sending Grandma's to many other friends and I have no doubt that I'll be creating memorable events ever time I do that!

Sent soup, challah, black and white cookies, mac and cheese and a chocolate babka to a friend and her family after the friend had surgery. Customer service is tops too!! A recent delivery for a family member saw that the box was damaged and cookies crumbled - a quick call to Grandma resulted in a fresh batch of cookies!

Customer service was excellent, Irene called me personally when I had placed an order right before 1.) a holiday weekend 2.) the week of the heat wave across the US to explain that maybe we should consider an alternative to shipping to ensure quality.
